Join us for a cooking class featuring Francis Brooke-Smith, owner of Deep River Main Street's prepared food and pasta shop Dough on Main. Francis is a professional chef trained at The Ritz in London and Paris. In Connecticut, he is best known for the small treasure that is his present shop and for his 17 years as the Executive Chef at The Bee & Thistle Inn in Old Lyme. As a chef and as a culinary instructor for more than 40 years, Francis has put his talents to a variety of cuisines. From appetizers to desserts and everything in-between, cooking is a passion he loves to share.

Directions: Watch, learn and eat! During the class you will learn 2 or 3 recipes. Class is between 2 and 2.5 hours long. Please be prepared to be on your feet, standing at a table during class. Package includes room, class and full breakfast.
